We provide standardized, safe and efficient global shipping services for all cup and mug product orders, adopting professional anti-collision, shockproof, anti-fall and leak-proof packaging specially designed for fragile daily utensils to ensure intact cup body appearance, complete functional performance and no damage after cross-regional transportation. All valid orders will be processed for warehouse sorting, strict quality inspection and professional targeted packaging within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Warehouse sorting, quality checking and packaging operations will be suspended on weekends and official public holidays due to routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As fragile daily utensils made of glass, stainless steel and plastic materials, cups and mugs are vulnerable to cup body cracking, surface scratch, paint peeling, lid deformation and sealing ring loss during long-distance logistics stacking, jolting and manual handling. To completely avoid product breakage, surface damage and accessory loss in transit, we adopt exclusive customized industrial-grade shockproof packaging solutions for all cup products. Each cup is individually inspected for appearance integrity, sealing performance and surface smoothness before packaging. The cup body is wrapped with thickened high-elasticity bubble cotton for all-round shock absorption and anti-collision protection. Vulnerable parts such as cup mouths and cup bottoms are reinforced with customized anti-fall buffer sleeves to prevent cracking and deformation during extrusion and collision. All cup lids, sealing rings and matching accessories are independently sealed and packaged to avoid loss, scratching and contamination. Each single product is fixed with customized internal clamping brackets to prevent shaking, collision and friction inside the package during long-distance transportation. The fully packaged product is placed in thickened waterproof, compression-resistant and drop-resistant hard cartons, with internal gaps fully filled with shockproof fillers to eliminate logistics vibration impact. The sealed and reinforced packaging structure effectively resists external extrusion pressure and accidental drop impact, maximizing the integrity of fragile cup products. After completing strict quality inspection, accessory counting and standardized sealed packaging, the system will automatically generate a unique tracking number and send a shipping confirmation notice, allowing customers to check real-time logistics transit status and delivery progress online at any time. Standard domestic shipping takes four to seven business days for door-to-door delivery, while international shipping requires ten to eighteen business days due to cross-border customs clearance procedures and international logistics scheduling. All delivery times are estimated reference values, and uncontrollable delays may occur due to extreme severe weather, strict customs inspection and logistics peak congestion. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and delivery region, with qualified orders eligible for regular free shipping promotions. All international import taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local official regulations.
